Our story is our own is the belief that underpins everything we do at Metis. We believe individuals
have the absolute right to choose how they work, decide what they share, and determine what support they use. Metis stands for autonomy, dignity, and the right to work in ways that honours our individual cognitive differences.

Our Evidence Based Approach
Metis is grounded in over 35 years of professional experience in HR, organisational development, and creating inclusive workplaces. Combined with academic research into neuroinclusive systems and AI-assisted support, this work highlighted a consistent reality — there are many effective tools already available, but finding the right ones, and knowing why they work, is often overwhelming.
Metis focuses on curation and clarity. Rather than adding another tool, it helps people navigate what already exists, highlighting options informed by research, neurodivergent user experience, and real-world use.
- People control their own narrative
- The right tools already exist, but choice is overwhelming
- Universal design supports everyone, not just neurodivergent workers
